Having been born and raised in the Hampton roads area I know the area well and having kids I understand the stress a family faces finding the right home in a neighborhood and school district that meets their expectations. I now live in the city of Chesapeake where my three girls ages 8,10 and 11 attend the Chesapeake schools and love it! I like to Fish, Scuba Dive, Kayaking, and taking the family to the Outer Banks of NC. I also enjoy working on my Salt Water Aquariums which I have now been doing for 6 years and hope to get my kids involved and with the many rewards, it brings. This is a great place to live and raise a family, They is so much to do here and being centrally located on the East coast you are not too far from visiting the other great areas and History this area of the US has to offer. As well as my Virginia License and office I also carry an NC license and have a second office in North Carolina. I have access to all three MLS boards to include The Outer Banks, Albemarle, and Rein...Not too many agents have that kind of access. This allows me to show or sell your property in over twice an area as a normal agent, which if you are selling means three times the exposure. Laws are very different in both states and have sold and helped clients find properties in each state I have a working knowledge of what it takes to get the job done and get it done right. I also have access to Distress properties like Short Sales and Foreclosures and having listed these properties for Banks I know what the banks are looking for and what they are willing to do and what I can do and provide to you so you can get the best deal possible.
